Service Description

Ever dreamed of being a Las Vegas Craps Dealer? This is the ultimate introduction to Las Vegas dealing with this Express Craps Dealer Course. The Craps Express Course is offered each Wed or Saturday (starting June 12th 2024). (Excludes all holidays) Classes are limited to 5 persons. Each group will have a dedicated instructor/coach. Day 1 (Wednesday or Saturday) 10:00 am Training Starts 2:00 pm Lunch 2:30 pm Resume Training 4:30 pm Dealer Rotation 5:30 pm Graduation Day 2 (Optional) You can elect to Intern as a Dealer at Casino Quest or at the Training Center. Day 2 is completely optional. You can schedule a time to Intern from 11am to 5pm at The Training Center or Casino Quest. Each Express Course Dealer receives the following; 1) a Training Manual that will include all study areas of the course, worksheets, strategies AND perhaps more importantly content related to advancing a potential career. 2) An Alumni T-Shirt (not available for resale. ONLY available to graduating dealers) 3) A Certificate of Completion 4) A Professional Digital Photo of the Graduation Class 5) A Professional Digital Photo of the Graduate with their Instructor Each Course’s Lead Instructor will be a long time casino dealer with a background that includes qualified expertise in casino dealer training. As a general rule of thumb all of our instructors have no less than 15 years of experience and most have more than 30. Each Lead Instructor may have an assistant or “coach” to help with training and live table supervision. Please note: The Express Courses are intended to be an introduction to Las Vegas Casino Dealing. The focus is on fun, engagement and an immersive experience that creates a lasting memory. This course on its own is not enough to become a real dealer, but is an accurate introduction and can be formative in providing the tools to potentially start a new career.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy We have a generous refund policy. Please read carefully. Please understand we limit each class to only 5 participants. When you book an express class with us you are taking one of those limited spots. 30 days or more before your class date; If you cancel before 30 days of your original scheduled class date we can refund all of your money and have enough time to find a replacement. If possible please allow us the opportunity to reschedule your start date. 30 days to 2 weeks before your start date; From 30 days to 2 weeks before your original scheduled class date, we will first work with you to find a replacement date if possible. If this is not possible, we can refund 50% of the amount you paid to attend the class. Within 2 weeks of your start date; There are no refunds provided within 2 weeks of your start date except for the “Exemptions” listed below. The following Exemptions apply; If you experience a death in your immediate family that conflicts with your class date, we will work with you to find a new date. If you experience a disruption in travel getting to our Training Center In Las Vegas, due to no fault of your own, please provide us with adequate proof and we will reschedule your class date. *Please note, there are no refunds provided after any class date is rescheduled.
